Affliction vs. Deliverance

Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all. Psalm 34:19

Many people don’t believe Christians can be afflicted or demonized.  It is because of a lack of knowledge and ignorance that these people don’t realize that they themselves are actually afflicted as well.  Some affliction comes as a result of ignorance:  when Christians don’t believe they can be afflicted by Satan, that is when he establishes a foothold an gets in our lives.  If we are able to identify the doors that have been opened, then we can deal with the enemy and close the door.

There’s a purpose for every affliction that comes to you.  We don’t take the time to find out why we go through difficult times.  Whenever darkness comes, it’s a sign of affliction.  In the beginning, the book of Genesis says that darkness covered the earth, but light will show up.  God will show up.  God always performs His Word.  When the enemy comes and brings things against you, it is not the time to give up.  Stand strong, be bold and let the enemy know that you are righteous of the Lord.  The Lord said He would contend with those who contend against you, and He would fight against those who fight against you.  When the enemy persecutes you, don’t be discouraged.  Whatever degree of affliction is coming against you, God is able and He will deliver you!  You are righteous, you have a covenant with God, and He will command deliverances to you.  Light will show up and you will arise and shine!
